• This is a charming 19th Century old Spanish home recently renovated into nice apartments with an excellent location to all the tourists attractions of Colonial Quito. The apartment offers 24 hour security guard and is extremely safe.

Management

Colonialecuador operates this unit much like a hotel. We provide maid service, laundry service, tours, valet service, and chaufuer service. We will change your sheets once a week at no charge and will change them more on request. We currently manage a total of 10 properties in Colonial Quito.

It is also located within strolling distances to the musuems, art galleries, and Monasteries in Colonial Quito. Public transportation to the rest of the city is within three blocks as well and taxis are numerous outside the building
